Eno Fruit Salts Original 150g

Eno effectively relieves indigestion, flatulence, and nausea. Eno contains three active ingredients: sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, and anhydrous sodium carbonate, which react in a glass of water to produce a formula that neutralises stomach acid and restores normalcy to the system.

Directions:
Dissolve it in a glass of water.
Adults and children aged 12 and up: In a glass of water, mix 5 g (one 5 ml spoonful) of the powder. If necessary, repeat every 2 to 3 hours.

Warnings:
Do not take Eno:

If you've ever been allergic to sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, or sodium carbonate.
If you have liver or kidney disease.
If you are below 12 years.

Ingredients:
Citric Acid 2.18 g, Anhydrous Sodium Sodium Bicarbonate 2.32 g and Carbonate 0.50 g.
