Arnica, Harpagophytum (devil's claw), Hypericum (hypericum), Calendula, Mentha piperita (peppermint).

Directions for use

Apply two coats to the desired area before, during and after exercise, allowing it to absorb between each application.

Keep away from heat sources, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Do not pierce or burn, even when empty. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas.
